Photographer’s Note
Cows in the street are just another part of everyday life in most parts of India, people treat them with repect as they do their neighbours. Along the Main Bazaar in Pahargan cows seem as at home as in an English field, walking around the streets occasionally stopping to have a rest from the hot sun.
