Hi Phil
Experiments I see! Truly the effect created is excellent but painting like. The POV is very good and the colors well manipulated

Shall we meet in May?

Hello Phil,

Though strictly speaking not within the TE rules, this is a fine composition. As I've probably mentioned before, and I'm sure you know, posterisation to separate the tones and colours, can be a very useful starting point for a painting.

I just had a thought - see WS.

Regards,

Peter.

Hello Phil
The strong lines and bold colours of this handsome building lend themselves very well to the posterisation. This is one of the few pp special effects that I like to use myself - but it does not suit all subjects. The sweeping line of the kerb is the only noticeable curve in this composition of rectangles!
Eye-catching - in a good way!
Best wishes....Maggie
