Marta,
This is a very nice sunrise shot the colors and lighting are great. Your composition is fine using the pier to form a diagonal into the shot. The reflection of the sunrise leads the eye into the shot nicely.

Excellent colors...but there is a tilt. I think you should have redressed the picture.
