El "Puente Viejo" o "Puente Romano" que une la fortaleza con el puerto, se trata de una construcción de origen romano y rehecho en la Edad Media cuya sencilla estructura se limita a un gran ojo de arco ojival.

The "Old Bridge" or "Roman Bridge" joints the castle with the port. It is a construction of Roman origin and rebuild in the middle Age. It is a simple structure with a great pointed arc.

El día que visité Castro Urdiales estaba prohibido pasar por el puente por culpa del temporal... Me encanta la vivacidad que la ola proporciona al momento. Enhorabuena.

Carlos, nice patience you have to capture this at the crest of the splash, makes it very dramatic. The sky in the bg helps too, it is suitably threatening. Nice capture.
