[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken a few years ago as myself and friends walked part of the West Highland Way. Taken on HP5+ film using a Tamron 35/80mm lens. The weather was rotten (persistant rain) we were wet through so all thoughts were on getting to the rendivous and a well earned drink. This scene however caught my eye thanks to the building being white and standing out in the gloom

I really like the sepia. It gives the photo a really spooky feel, like the family who lived there might have just died. a nice mood piece

I'm not sure if there is anyway you could take the glare off the water as it detracts from the house, but otherwise well done.

Hi Kenny,
Lovely capture of this traditioanl cottage overlooking the tiny loch and distant treeless mountain. The b&w treatment works well giving this photo a nice antique look.
Regards, Tom
