Around the Eiffel Tower I was looking upwards so much that my neck and back began to ache. However it did enable me to spot this view of the tower while I was actually looking up at trees (which are all pruned so precisely in Paris, with their dead straight edges). The way the plane seemed to be carving a path between the tower and the line of trees was what caught me eye (I didn't notice the little birdie until I was looking at the photo afterwards).

Hello Leon,
A good capture of this Parisian and French icon. Not often seen from this angle; I like the framing by the trees and the aeroplane trail which seems to mimic the tower. Excellent colours and clarity. The little bird is a very nice addition.

Hello,
Nice shot. Nice colours and effects. Great framing.

It's not easy to find a unique view of the Eiffel Tower but I think you may have pulled one off. Amazing how the jet is going up so vertically. One of the things that I noticed in Paris was the manicured trees. Here, denuded of leaves the branches catch the light perfectly. Well done
Kath

Very strange how they cut the trees like that, makes them look kind of odd. A different perspective of the eyefull ;D tower Leon and I like it. As you know, it's all about doing something different and trying to show something so famous in a different light. Are you fluent in French as well? Very impressed.
Happy Easter,

Hi Leon, I like the way that the tower is almost of secondary importance here - compared to the vapour trail. Well observed composition.

Happy Easter, Roberto

Leon,
Je dirais que c'est une balle tracante pour descendre le pigeon ;)
J'aime bien la couleur noir et bleue de cette photo.
Bien vu.

Hi Leon,
I am particularly fond of this 'neck in the air, painful to the neck POV's'. Too often the results are frustrating, but sometimes we are rewarded with original and eye catching images, like this one here. The tidily shaped trees, so characteristic of Paris that contrast with the chaotic nature of the branches make a great visual game with with Eiffel tower and the passing plane, which looks like following the path signalled by the trees.
Regards, José.

Ola Leon ,
Muito interessante o teu ponto de visão com estas árvores sem folhas e a Tour Eiffel de fundo gostei do avião no céu tem um belo azul , bom contraste de cores, parabéns!!!
Um abraço Gonçalo

Hi Leon,
Very nice this contrast between the steel pointing towards the sky and the leafless branches of the trees.
I have to admit I noticed the plane only on second-sight.
The blue of the sky is just amazing.
thanks for sharing,
best regards,
Laura

Hi Leon,
You got enough interesting elements to make this a original view of the much photographed tower!
The colors and sharpness are fine and the neck bending POV gives a good perspecive on the trees too...
I m just back from internet-free Myanmar... ;D

I like your perspective here, its not a trivial shot of eiffel tower. It is diffrent from the other. Fantastic sky colors and those trees. Amazing!
