Photographer’s Note

Tantuni is a kebap species cooked on a special frypan.It is cooked with veal which is cut off by meat cleaver,pepper and liquid oil.Usually,it is served in a small phyllo which has special salads.
The oil splashed out of the frypan made the glass blurred.
