Nice shot! There's a bit of ISO noise that you could get rid of using NeatImage though. I'd also consider straightening the horizon a bit. Contrast masking may improve the detail on the mans face as well. As a final step I'd sharpen it a little ;-)

It's an interesting documentary picture, but why on earth do they fly an english flag on a thai boat carrying a Portuguese visitor? I think there is a yet untold story here that is as interesting as the picture.
