Photographer’s Note
All my surfing photos are taken from my sea kayak. You have to know your limits as the wind is always pushing you into the break and you get to exited taking the photos and you are not watching the next wave coming in the danger zone.

Nice action shot with drama and danger captured so well with such great mood and ambiance. i like the way the shot is handled and the colours have been managed. The way the man peeps out is superb

Hi Richard,
What a fantastic photo.....couldn't do better with the POV....he's cerainly right inside the tube. I can understand how difficult it must be to be controlling your kayak while trying to capture the shot. This is a surfing, action image with a real difference. Exceptionally well done. I like the simple white border as well as it suits the freshness of the water and surf.
