This picture was taken yesterday after midnight...
The street you see is the main street in the University of Oulu campus area. The university itself is somewhere on the left ;-)
There was high humidity and some tiny snow was falling. In conjunction with low temperature (-16 deg. centigrade) it produced such a nice views :-)

Hi Jakub,
A striking shot of this crisp, cold street - the silvery light is very beautiful! A sharp image with a very leading viewpoint. I almost feel frozen just looking at it :-)
