I had trouble to recognise the location, but eventualy I did. I looks like you took the photo 15 years ago, nowadays bentleys and maybach drive on this square :)
The contrast is the interesting part in the photo, and I wonder if any digital photo would have been better. She IS too dark of coarse, but the beauty is the pose and the detail in the hand. Your POV is interesting, you ignore her preference, and show a group of people, an old bus and Vec Riga. Somehow it works. Itš something that is the hardest in photography (and architecture) to get this 'something' . . . and this is not your only photo :)
