Photographer’s Note

Well, today I've been in Cocolandia but once I've come back I want to post this photo.

Why?
Because I saw this another one and I though "it's funny, we made almost the same photography".

What do you think?
Do you like it?

I think there is something nice here. There were hearts everywhere and that's amazing.
Maybe some people don't like these hearts, but they are useful because they can become a mark for this city.

For some people the Acropolis is the heart and soul of Athens. But Athens is worthier than the Acropolis. Its people, its buildings, its markets, its shops, its streets,... they made Athens.

Were they getting ready for Valentine's Day? I thought this was a real Greek guard from the thumbnail. In full size we can see, but it's more like a caricature than a serious statue. You have captured it well. I like the tight framing.

A figura é muito interessante, com ajuste de formas bastante bem arrumados pelo seu bom ponto de tomada. As cores também são boas.

Coco,
looking through your Cocolandia shots made me excited. What beautiful views and light captures that you got there, but I also discovered your passion for Greece. It makes complete sense to show us a "athenic" heart, although it is somewhat odd to have a guard with a rifle standing by a heart. Are you trying to convey a secret message?

This made me smile when I opened it up. These kind of statues seem to be hitting loads of major cities. You've illuminated the subject well. It's just a pity that your framing didn't include the whole of his feet. Nice work all the same.
