Photographer’s Note

Vervoz is one of the most peaceful (and poorly known) places of the Belgian Condroz.
The small village is grouped around the castle belonging to the "de Tornaco" family. What is truly remarkable is the homogeneous use of local limestone and in particular the original wall structure of the small chapel (stones have been cut so as to fit perfectly one to each other as the Inca did in the famous Cuzco walls).

PS : Don't believe what you see is air pollution. But we had on that day a huge forest fire in the region of Theux
