Fuji-yama with the Yokohama Landmark Tower, tallest building in Japan.
Taken from the observatory of Skywalk located in the Yokohama Bay Bridge. This is one piece in taking a shot of 48 pieces on this day, using AEB, Auto Exposure Bracketing 0 -2/3 +2/3, by self timer, because of the vibration of the heavy vehicles passing the bridge.
Put the camera on the window frame and wrapped my jacket around the lens and pushed the lens against the window pane, so that the indoor lighting should not reflect.

What a great shot! The contrast between the colors is just perfect. With a strong difference of Nature and Man kind buildings the scene is all too well thought of! The colors of the boat to the colors of the spin wheel, its all fun to see! not only would it be a "Good Evening" but a "Marvelous Evening Fuji Yama!".

Pure magic. Dreamlike red sky. Iconic cone of Fuji-yama. High-rise buildings and even a rainbow lit ferris wheel. Composition is perfect. Very stylish, very original.

Hello Hisashi ... you are true master of the lights and this one is especially exciting with the turning wheel as one of the attractions and you did not get the blue hour but an orange version and I mean the Fuji-yama ... who is not fascinated by it! Very good, I really like it. Barbara.

Well done Hisashi with knowing what you wanted to do and making sure you got it. Sometimes we have to make do with books under the lens and resting on a coat or whatever else may be useful to steady the camera. Very nice panoramic with wonderful warm tones.

wonderful contrast of the magnificent shape of nature and patterns of lights made by men.
The image of the wheel somehow softens the shapes of architecture.
Well done, well seen
Thanks for sharing

I didn't understand all the techniques you described on your note, but hopefully one day I will and maybe even manage to do something similar.
The colour of the sky is impressive and we can see the lights of the buildings at the same time as their dark details.
This is lovely

What a superb shot you got here. Even if the technical quality does not seem perfect, the composition and the atmosphere it shows are wonderful. The colors are simply magic and the orange in the sky stunning.
Have a nice weekend.
Best regards, Christian

This is my other favourite from your gallery! You solved perfectly the problems of vibration and reflections through the window and managed to capture perfectly this breathtaking view. The orange sky with the silhouette of the Fuji-yama in the background and the skyline of Yokohama with the small boat in the foreground look majestic! I just wonder if a black frame would have worked better.. (A matter of taste. ;))

Hisashi: man, these couldn't be better. I hope you're being published somewhere. Suberb artistry, this entire series. c
