From Indigo to Midnight Photo

Photographer’s Note

Same place of the past images: Tellaro, on the eastern cost of Liguria, few kilometers from Lerici and in the heart of the Golfo dei Poeti.

The title cames from the blue variations on the image, from the indigo to the midnight blue, via light blue and other variations.

Colours and tones of Liguria.
The ones that i hope that will find this evening, when we'll go there for the week-end with some our friends.

Spring season is come in Liguria, with afternoon temperature over 18° and sunny days.

On the Alps people spent the day skiing and the next weekend we'll go there...
This is a good thing of Milan, the location.
60 minutes from the sea, 60 minutes from the Alps.

Good sharpness, & excellent silhouettes at right, with a superb colour contrast, between the blue & orange, in this marvellous sunset. The lone bird is a bonus. Tfs!

Beautiful nature scenary.

Very simple decent photography.

Personnaly I would have deleted in PS the other little part of the bird and the steel skeleton on the side of the house - it doesn't improve the total view. Nevertheless I do respect your choice to keep the image clean as shot.

Bonjour Paolo,
un moment de grand calme, une mer qui à cette hauteur de prise de vue, parait immobile. Excellent cadrage avec ces silhouettes à droite et ces nuages de types différents.
Le petit voilier met en évidence la superficie de cette étendue d'eau.

Although I am not in favour of landscapes should be in a vertical format, I must say that this shot is majestic and elegant. The treatment of colors is wonderful, intense and well-defined, the gull in flight gives strength to the composition, and depth of the scene, we entertains sight for a while.

Very nice and idyylica composition.
