This is winter for sure and certain, Recep. A good choice for black and white, with nice use of line in the composition. I like the way you’ve shown us the side of the trees in this column that are all lined with snow. The presentation of the branches in an almost sloping way is also quite effective.

Ciao Recep! Looking at your picture I feel cold... the weather and the perfect immobility of the loneliness! I like very much your diagonal line of trees and the alternating black and white of trunks and snow! I like also the paralle line of the streetlamps, grey in the distance: why don't you try also a POV in the middle of the two lines, one human, the other natural... it could be nice!
Finally I find the noise here amazing, it makes the point of the rarefied athmosphere!
