Photographer’s Note
San Juan Del Sur is known for its beaches, waves that attract many surfers, locals or foreigners, and its sunsets. That is what drew us there. San Juan is ideally positioned on the south Atlantic coast, the sun lying down in the beautiful bay where several boats are anchored.
The weather did not seem to want to play with on that day. Dull sky offer anything interesting. Yet thinning took place, still leaving enough clouds for the sky to be photogenic. As the tide was low, several puddles offered great reflections. I chose one that, in addition, guide the eye toward the horizon. I think that it works pretty well.
And you, what do you think?

A superb composition JC! I like very much the details of the ripples on the foreground and of course the colors of your sky. Thanks for sharing....

Nice coloring and I like the shadows of the clouds in the water. The b/g of the boats gives the picture depth. TFS.
