Holi is the festival of colours . That was in Hampi 2007 , this year 2008 will be 22rst March. Let's say is a colour-war for foreigners but has a religious meaning for hindus as well.
Elangu ( with the bottle ) runs a restaurant there in winter season and he moves to Dharamsala (Himachal) in summer season .
