Photographer’s Note
My friend and I went to Big Bear (Snow Summit) for snowboarding. Before we went home, we stopped by the lake for a few snapshots. It was really cold (for us folks from L.A.). I decided to capture the golden light on ice during sunset.
I did it freehand using a 400mm lens so it's kinda shaky.

Hello Nap,
you posted only one shot in a long while! I hope you'll get more time to share your shots here!
I don't know what to think about that one. I know it's an abstract, we're not supposed to understand what the subject really is. But still, I'm wondering.
But I like the overall feeling. the light and colors are nice and subtle and the line in the middle adds an interesting pattern. What would you think of cropping the top so that the line would meet the corner?
Have a nice day!
Marc
