Hi Petar, this is a nice try on HDR, i like the result it produces and how it enlighten dark parts. You put just enough PP there, not too much as i saw in previous pictures you posted (be really careful to "halo").
The result is a beautiful picture

Absolutely great use of HDR, there are not many instances when it is not - only - slightly intrusive. But here it works very well, also because it defines the smoke coming from the factories etc. A splendid POV, nice sharpness, and cropping.

Nice city shot in panoramic view. wonderful cloud. Good sharpness. It may be more interesting if there was a tree or rock and object of some sort in the foreground. Hope this is helpful.
