Photographer’s Note
A picture that I took in a park in Chester.
The city Chester was founded as a Roman fort at the head of the River Dee estuary in AD 79.
Chester's town hall famously has only 3 clocks on the tower, the fourth is missing as they wouldn't give the time of day to the Welsh (the border of Wales being visible from the tower).
