Hi Sastro,
Very interesting subject. The picture is a bit dark though. What was the lens? From the parameters I can see that you have used the 70-200 f/4. There is a bit of the blur despite quite a quick shutter. Maybe an increase in ISO would help here. There is no sky in frame, but it must have been cloudy.
In my opinion this banana bunch on the left side is not necessary, a bit disturbing, and apart from that it was not your main object.
Secondly I would suggest you leaving some more space in front of the person in picture. So that it has "more room to walk". This rule makes the picture more ordered. This also refers to a flying bird or a simple portrait, so that the person has more space in front of her face and less space behind the head.
I like the subject you have chosen, "hard work" this is something we do not often think about.

Good picture with the focus on the woman, with the blurred landscape behind, nice colours, just could you add some notes? Chau chau!

suka sekali dg fotomu ini. garis2 yg terbentuk di FG dan BG juga menambah kuat foto ini. saran dari Gierlinski mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan mengenai "space in front of the person".
tone mungkin juga bisa dinaikkan dikit lagi dan jangan lupa isi juga "note", supaya bisa lebih bercerita, seperti foto2mu sebelumnya.

baru liat nih foto. saya sependapat dengan gierlinski (payah banget namanya) soal batang pisang dikiri. dicrop aja kali yah...

oh iya, color tone nya mantap lah..
