... Well, hopefully not.

This is a shot I`ve taken in (or near) Edirne in Turkey, last year. In the time of the election crisis in late April and early May (the presidential elections), when people took to the streets in masses to protest. Seemingly the army also got involved and thus this picture. I`m guessing the troops were redeployed from Edirne to somewhere nearer to Istanbul. On the other hand it might have been just an ordinary maneuver, not linked to the election. Or the troops might have been deployed to Kurdistan, since the whole situation there was also notable at the time, which is my opinion far worse. Beside the infantrymen I`ve also captured a bunch of tanks and armored vehicles.

Zivjo Miha,

zelo graficna in barvno udarna slika. Vsekakor dominanta, v ozadju, čisto diskretno pa zalostna realnost. Tako kot je ponavadi v zivljenju. Dobra slika, ker stoji tako kompozicijsko kot pomensko. Slednje se celo bolje.
