Good composition and perspective. But it's the color that makes this shot great. I love how even the water is a deep, saturated red. Well seen and executed.

Please - adding a photo to TE as good as this you have to add some notes to it. Add some notes and you would have gotten a very happy smily face for this pic.

This is a sunrise scene to die for. Colors, composition, depth .. its all there in this magical shot. Amusingly, there appears to be a large scale sunset/sunrise confusion out here.

And I agree with others that you *must* let us in on what equipment/postprocessing you used. Was this a scanned film? I see a wierd squiggly line somewhere to the right and below the sun .. also a little to the left of the peak.

Regardless .. this shot is top class. Congrats!!
