Photographer’s Note

Just after sundown to avoid the heat the women of a nearby local village went into the shallow just off the beach.
They used a sort of a wooden plow with a net attached to dig up shells from the sandy sea bottom.

Shot at low light with a 85mm 1,8, myself standing in the water almost waist deep as well. Love those fix focal lenses for their capability of low light shooting. Gives you an extra step which can make the difference.
