Tom,
It's a pleasure to stumble upon a photo like this. A lot is happening in this landscape, but to narrow it down; I'm really impressed by the light and the colors it created and the slow fading of the textures in the distance.
I'm likewise impressed by the scan. If you have time, could you reply and tell me what scanner you used, what technique and what program for the post-processing? Even in short words . . . :) I have a lot of slides I'm trying to scan, but it has proven difficult :(

good POV on the dunes pattern. I like the shadows on the dunes
