All along the Congo River, those boats are carrying people and goods in this enormous country. The trip takes weeks with a lot of voluntary and unvoluntary breaks (breakdowns)...
This place is called "petit paradis" (small paradise) and indeed it is the most peaceful place that we saw during the 10 days we stayed in the Kinshasa region. |
