I have not found the description of this fountain, but it stays in Karlovy Vary.
Karlovy Vary is the largest spa city in the Czech Republic.
Before World War I, Karlovy Vary was also one of the leading spa resorts in Europe that was frequently visited by the then famous artists, scientists, and aristocrats.

I like this photo, a little information about its location would be helpful. I think the image needs some adjustment to the shadows/highlights to bring out the fountain (as per my workshop).
