hm
this could be better shot if you gave us better perspective, and chosen better POV
you can't just place these arches in a left part of the photo, when the other part is just plain similar, so there's no counter-weight in the sight. therefore, i think this photo had to be symetric, as here it isn't, so it just 'can't pass' in my eyes =]
also, quality of the photo could be increased.
I like this added frame, and overall, colors.

but as composition had to be much more logical, only one point now :)
