Ortaköy is a neighbourhood,formerly a small village,within the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul located in the middle of the Europen of the Bosphorus
Ortaköy is a cosmopolitan area with communitis of Turks,Greeks,Armenians and Jews.The neighbourhood hosts many different religious(Muslims,Jewish,Orthodox and other Christian) structures.It is also popular spots for lokals and touriss alike,with its art galleries,night clubs,cafes,bars and restaurents.

Gözleme is savoury Traditional Turkish hand made and hand rolled pastry.Fresh pastry is rolled out,the thinly rolled out dough is then filled sealed,then cookedover a griddle,tarditionallythis is done on a sac.Varietite include Gözleme with
-spinach and Fetta cheese
-spinach and Fetta and Mincet meat
-cheese and potato
-mushroom and aubergine
A modern version of Gözleme includes Honey and Banana it is served hot with a slice of lemon.

Ortaköy ün spesial yemeği esasında Kumpir ama benim konum Gözleme olunca ön plana geçmiş oldu.
Kadrajın sağında gözleme yiyenler kesilmiş çıktı ancak daha geriye gidip onlarıda aldığımda soldaki çöp kutusu ve boş şişe lerde görünüyordu .Yaz dan kalan,bize has bu görünümü beğenirsiniz umarım
