Early one morning, overcast sky, sun just warming up behind the trees. The old university town of Lund, southern Sweden. The old roman style cathedral visible far away. This photo was taken with one of the first Minolta dimage cameras, hence no stored shot information.
Alterations: cropping, levels, unsharp mask

Hey Jan,

A nice image, the colors of the tree in the foreground are nice, so is the compo, the fog gives off a special effect. Shows the morning bleakness of the place. Looks like a great town, I hope to visit soon.

Hello Jan,
Welcome to TE. This is by far your best picture yet, and I'm happy to see that you managed to make it large enough. The greyish tree in the foreground matches tha haziness around the cathedral quite well. I also like the sparse colours.

I agree with Gert about the best. the Haze makes a certain mood in to this image, and the blooming ? tree could almost be frost in this light.
