It is an interesting picture with the cup appearing in the middle, but overall, it is too distracting a picture for my tastes. The reflection just makes it a very busy photo with no sense of what is going on.

I have to go along with Mitch on this... the cup does sorta form a focal point.. but there seems to me to be little relevance.
