[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [Greek]
Zagora, on Mt. Pelio¢s eastern side, on an altimeter of 500m., was built on the site of ancient town Myrae, in the Middle Ages. It flourished mostly in 17th and 18th centuries, because of its many weavers and merchants of woolen and silk clothing and a lot of ships. In that time, it had two famous schools and a rich library.
