Excellent scanning. I wouldn't realize it was a scan if you didn't write. Interesting daily life picture. The yellow of the grain is fantastic.

G: if for nothing more alone, the fine argentic film qualities of your scan here make the shot. Althought I'm not an expert, nor have the time, there are some new software gadgets out there that can help you with old archives like this. regards, c

I should come more often to visit your gallery!
Its embarassing to select one out of the treasure, but this time I picked up this one.
I love this one for its colours and the very explicit character of the daily scene between two men.

So there was life there once...Afghanistan wasn't just a country infested with Islamic Extermists (who supplosidly hate everything about life - the CNN narrative), but is full of people - unsuspectingly caught in the business of superpowers - who just want to make a living and to feed their families, as shown in this fine picture. You're lucky Gert to have seen it with your own eyes.
