Not only Indian people participate in the morning rituals at the banks of the Ganges.
The mystical mood that covers Varanasi in a blanket of spirituality can not leave you untouched. You switch into a meditative mood that resources your inner self.

This young woman found a quiet spot at the riverbank in an anchored boat, praying to the rising sun.
I was fascinated by her calmness and liked how she was veiled in mystery.

Excellent shot! The mood of mysticism or religous feeling in this is very strong, as is the sense of calmness. Good lighting and colour, and I also like the slight blur to the background, which makes the woman stand out even more by her sharpness. Nice work!

Och Sabine, wat mooi en wat een drama dat er achter die vrouw nog iemand zit...wat zonde. Zonder die persoon zou dit een absolute wereldplaat zijn geweest. Zo mooi, zo intens gefotografeerd...en hoe zeggen we dat ook alweer; in complete serenity..!!
Je moet die persoon wegklonen, dan gooi ik er een groene ster tegenaan...want zo mooi vind ik hem wel..!!!
