These guys know how to catch a tasty meal for their table. Late in the afternoon. This beach is a couple of kilometres along from Manly Beach, basically an extension of the same long beachfront.

The color of ocean is really atractive,a real pleasure...Very well composed and balanced image with the three fishermen placed nicely in good possition into the frame!

Water color, again. It's so blue, I look at my Baltic Sea and see different shades of grey and sometimes (in the halflight) even black. I like it, but still want some blue color there. Great shot of daily life mixed with nature.

Hi Murray,

Sydney's beaches are a spectacular doorstep to the city. A good scene here, the fishermen seem to be enjoying their time off. I like the stance of the man reaching into his bucket, and the long afternoon shadow cast by him. I wonder what they are catching. I suppose Dart, whiting, bream? Excellent lighting and good saturations. It is not fair however that someone decided to graffiti the spectacular rockface. I have seen similar things up on the Sunshine Coast and also at sacred Aboriginal sites at Carnarvon Gorge.

I wish to be there instead of looking at the snow near my house, a good capture of the fishermen enjoying their sport. The color of the sea and of the beach is another way to enjoy your photo. Thanks for sharing.
