Nice colors of sunrise.
There are two small problems, both could be easily corrected while doing some post-processing. Horizon is tilted to the right and there is quite strong vignetting (dark corners). I think you were not using tripod for this photo. In that case it would make more sense to set camera to ISO 200 or ISO400. With 20D it would not introduce too much noise comparing to ISO 100. But with such settings exposure time would be shorter and you would get much sharper shot.

When i had this view on the way to work i also would have stopped. The scenery is to beautiful to let it go. The warm colours with the boats in front give a very serene and peaceful feeling to the picture...very nice work.

La tonalidad ofrecida en el escenario, nos recrea con una serie de semi siluetas perfecta de los elementos expuestos. Utilizaste muy bien la luz, al determinar los reflejos sobre el agua.

You nailed this one, Jorge! That 17mm does a great job of pulling it all in. Composition is precise and the exposure perfect. Nice coloration and saturation.

Interesting that you used 'cloudy' WB preset instead of Sunset mode. Was this hand-held at 1/25 or did you use a tripod?

Amazing that such beautiful sights can be had within the city limits!

beautiful shot, the colours remind me of a melted brown sugar :) I like a lot how the distinctive silhouettes of the boats stand out against the sky and water, and I find that the somewhat repetitive shapes (including the round buoys) create a very peaceful mood. very well seen and presented.

Thanks for your moral support from your last critique (the Folklorico Dancer). I sometimes take the critique system too seriously. Your New York sunsets are something else. A benefit of living in a moist maritime climate. Your lighting and composition is beautiful and the exposure spot on. A lovely capture of this marina. Well done!
