[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken at camden Market London. The man with the little dog is trying to collect some money on the busy street by selling a magazine called the Big Issue, proceeds from this magazine go to help the homeless. The dog seems to be playing his part too.
Note the "hand" on the right side of photo, I was going to edit it out, but now I think it adds to the idea of looking for a helping hand? Any comments ?

hello John,
mmmm not sure about the hand although I see what you mean. I think this would benefit from a good tight crop. There is also a sleeve and hand just visible on the left too. Can't help but think it makes for a messy composition. Keeping it simple gives more impact usually. But I like this little cameo scene, that incidentally looks better once the thumbnail has been clcked on to open up the larger image. In thumbnail too much detail is lost and therefore it loses its immediate impact and power to entice viewers to check it out further. However, my favourites are street scenes and peploe shots so I looked anyway.
regards
Bev
