Wonderful capture of that sky and nice symmetric composition of the boats.

Looks like you did some photoshop, not? The colours seem almost unreal and there is a small white border (almost a glow) around the boats.

just perfect, the circle of clouds is repeated by the outlines of the boats and the blue bottoms of the boats are repeated in the colours of the sky.

A dramatic shot, I would say. The sky is very dramatic, and the low POV and wide angle are put to good use in capturing the symmetry of the boats. The halos around the boat are a bit distracting; I take it the boats were a bit dark in the original photo? Nonetheless, still a fine photograph.
