Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken on the grounds of the Vilnius University, on one of the stairs connecting the grand courtyard with the M. K. Sarbievijus Courtyard.
This gate had a nice piece of fence or grating (excuse me if I did use the wrong word), together with the bell, the door and the light it made a nice composition.
The Vilnius University is definatly worth a visit if you are in town, especially the bookshop 'littera' with the nice paintings on the wall and ceiling and the faboulus St. Jonh’s Church.

Thanks for the tip, I've noticed the building, but never gone in (usually short of time, which is then spent in Avylis or Lorkys). Inveresting detail, and odd graphic effect here.
