This is a nice grayscale image with good tonal range, and plenty of detail information in both shadows and highlight areas. Well done!

Content-wise, the girl is intriguing with a fetching smile, lips slightly parted as if speaking softly.

Good composition elements play her smooth, soft skin against the rough wood in the background, and, the coarse cloth just above her head works with the beautiful tooling on her gown and formal gloves.

Slight knock on the form factor, which is a non-standard (640:403) aspect ratio as opposed to 640x480. She's off-center which is fine for this shot, but which also leads to at least considering cropping to a standard horizontal format, and using a little less of the framing element on the right side.

a beautiful woman set against the roughness of the surroundings..
black to white is just that with all the intermediat tones if possible..you have done that
some of the shot can be taken out to avoid too many eye catching and 'roaming' areas..the white glove lower right and the fuzzy pole up that side
cropping below the breasts would get rid of the other glove detail and concentrate on the face...the most attractive part of any womans armoury
a little cheating could put catchlights in where they are just not quite evident
