decisive evening in London close to the right river bank. I maked that trip (from Brighton) just to take that one picture -- saw something similar somewhere in the net and like that bluish tint of those christmas lamps.. 1 sec on the tripod.

Now I see why they call it the eye,well seen & presented with a vibrant composition Excellent POV.TFS I almost forgot,check out the posting by Strobe,very similar
