Hello Carlo,

It indeed takes a good eye to capture something as artistic and intriguing as this. The lone sail cuts through the crushed sea like an ominous Orca fin. The cleft of dark sky certainly leaves a lasting impact. Superb quality and well defined outlines.

Hi Carlo. A photo in two halves. The sky is much more graduated - subtle tones and a little warmer. The waves are, conversely, choppy and pure blacks and whites. The sail ties the two together somehow. Nice B&W conversion. Excellent image. Regards, Paul.

I love the thumbnail but something bothers me when I open the full frame. It's seems very "harsh". Like if there were too much pixelisation. Maybe a smoothing filter would be grateful to soften this effect.
Great sliver layers though and good wild mood :)

Quanto mi piace questa foto. E' piena di contrasti, il brutto tempo, colori cupi e una vela sullo sfondo, che scivola sull'argento...
