Two views of the Dauvaga, the main river in Riga.
The first one is a classical with of the city near the river (I believe the first church is the protestant cathedral and the other one St Peter church, which I have posted a few days ago).
The second in workshop is a modern bridge.

Extract form Wikipedia:
Riga is located at the site of an ancient settlement of the Livonians, an ancient Finnic tribe, at the junction of the Daugava and Ridzene (Latvian: Rīdzene) rivers. The Ridzene was originally known as the Riga River, at one point forming a natural harbor called the Riga Lake, neither of which exist today. It is believed that the name of the river gave Riga its name.

Bonsoir Emmanuel
Superbe point de vue de ces 2 églises. Elles ont des clochers de différents styles architecturaux. Peut-être sont-elles d'alégeances religieuses différentes? Bonne vue d'ensemble, netteté et détails sont au rendez-vous.
Bravo!
Amicalement
Denis!

An autentic and beautiful shot and colors. Landscape wonderful. I like the angle you give at your picture.
have a nice day

Hello Emmanuel,
A classic riverside composition!
Still impressive details for scan, sharp fine details and the cololurs are all right...
I notice the number of churches, do I count five over there?

Hej Emmanuel,
A very nice view of Riga with the river nicely placed in the foreground. The composition is good and I like the sunlight. The little reflections in the water are nice too. Well done!
Regards,
Lars

Bonjour Emmanuel
A nice view across the river Dauvaga, with the St Peter Church, we've seen earlier prominently in the centre. The other cathedral, seems bigger. A good informative note as always.
Best Regards
Angshu
