A very nice capture, good use of lighting and position. You have a lot of noise, though; probably unavoidable in the circumstances.

what a great night-scene! :-) well-handled exposure with amazing details - is he fishing with the cormorants or "against" them?
too bad about the noise of course, maybe a run through NeatImage can improve a little. good job & best wishes, thor.
