Hello Elzbieta -

A very nice and simple image. I like the interaction of the geometric shapes with the shadows. It really works because the image is balanced between the shadow area and the non-shadow. Well seen and accomplished.

A strong light very well controlled with good texture and details on the white washed walls, with blue window popping out well and balancing the jar' roundish shape.

Hi Elzbieta,
the simplicity of colours is well compensated by the amount of different lights. The amphora on a wall of the stairs and that blue window would be nice alone, but the rich change of textures on the white everywhere add a certain charm around it. Well placed amphora for a good composition.

An addition of simple basic shapes, but the whole makes a nice geometrical composition, and the blue painted frame of the window gives just the little bit of color needed to liven this white environment.

Very simple image with very strong light that renders a beautiful contrast between the white washed walls and the tiny blue window. Lovely soft shadow gracing scene with the wonderful old pot seen in striking details.

Hi Elzbieta. The simplicity of this works very well, but I think you could have further enhanced the contrast to the blue window by cropping it a little closer (see Workshop). Cheers . . . David

Lovely geometric composition and balance between shadows and light. Very well seen and captured. I like the bit of blue from the window..it draws attention nicely.
