Mulberry trees not yet pruned Photo

Photographer’s Note

Long time ago these trees were cultivated because silk cocoons ate their leaves.

Now some of them are fortunately still in our landscape, and people still prunes them before spingtime.

In this morning view the mulberry trees spread their long shadows on the street.

Hi Livia,
Fine composition with the diagonal, the vertical trees and the horizonal shadows. The inclusion of a man gives depth and life to the picture.

very nice image, again the perspective of the POv is very nice, plus it doubles with the shadows. Nice depth and brown tones. I'm no crazy about including the human subject in this image but it looks really great

mi piacciono gli alberi potati con i nuovi rami che salgono verso il cielo , bellissime le ombre prodotte dai trochi sulla striscia di asfalto .

mi piacciono queste linne create dalle ombre sembrano quasi dividere a settori la strada , bei colori anche se penso che siano un po' spinti

I gelsi e i bachi da seta... Nei libri di geografia delle mie medie Treviso (la provincia) era indicata come la capitale della coltivazione dei bachi... Bel taglio laterale di luce invernale, giusta composizione.
