| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This picture gave me inspiration to learn more about photography and not just take a picture, but make a picture.
This is Millennium park in Chicago. Behind of the photographer(me) is famous Pritzker Pavilion made by even more famous architect Frank Gehry.
The pavilion stands 120-feet high, with a billowing "headdress" of stainless steel ribbons that frame the proscenium opening, connecting to an overhead trellis of crisscrossing steel pipes that define the lawn seating area. The Pavilion has 4,000 fixed seats and capacity for an additional 7,000 people on the lawn. With its open-air "acoustical canopy", the Jay Pritzker Pavilion is among the most technologically advanced outdoor concert venues in the world, with digital innovations and enhanced sound, designed to create an acoustical environment that provides an unforgettable listening experience. |

Good morning Inta
a very nice composition with red and sky colors. Your note is correct.Photography is ,I use to say, the most the eye of the photographer.Subject is there. the matter is how the photgrapher see and framing it. Your frame is very good.2 notice. -chairs should be more horizontal, curves have no problem but straight lines have.Generaly we try to balance verticals and orizontal lines correct (is better for the eyes),of course this only a rule! - sky is almost white should be darker.Anyway is a very good work. How is Chicago? I lived there for six months!(once uppon a time!). best regards Argyris
Hi Inta,
I like what you've done here: the lines to the back and the roof with diagonal lines in it. You could have posted this photo a little bigger. The sky is also blown but otherwise you could manintain the lights on the chair. TFS! Keep it up! Gilbert
Great POV, but the size is too small, why?
