The Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of Lourdes built by French in 1892 is situated on Shamian Island. The island became a British and French concession after two Opium Wars and shelters some 150 colonial buildings.

I've given up understaning how the TE works and which photos would attract the attention. for example, whis this shot has only 2 points?! (ok, now 4, but still...) I'd think it has everything to qualify for a great photo - beautiful warm light, clear and vivid colours, and a composition that lets the viewer fully appreciate the church. postcard perfect :)
