[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A view of the Torres Del Paine and Cerro Almirante Nieto from across the Rio Paine, near Portería Laguna Amarga at the start of the Circuit trek. A trek that would, no joke, nearly cost me my life. The weather didn't remain this friendly for long...

Hola Phillip,
una gran captura, excelente enfoque y gran encuadre, los tonos y el color son muy naturales al igual que la textura parece que se pueda tocar!!!
saludos José

Hi Phillip,
Wonderful landscape. Beautiful clouds and sky, great composiiton and nice sharpness, beautiful reflections,
Georg

Dear Philip,
you found a nice opening to make the shot,
perfect time, well balanced colours and exposure,
This is a lovely scene and a great photo :)

Many Regards
Stelios

Hellp Phillip,

Your picture is very well composed with the old tree in the foreground and an astonishing landscpae in the background. The vertical frame is very well suited to this composition and it can take into account the overall details in the depth of field, from the tree to the clouds.

Very well done !

Hello Phillip,
Sure glad to see you here sharing this beautiful compo. Brilliant capture through dead trees of the beauty on the other side.
Regards,
Jusni

Hello Phillip,
Great photo. Very well chosen foreground with the old trees and the green grass, looking across the calm water towards the brown hillside and the majestic mountains. Excellent colours and sharpness.
Regards,
Gert

A dream place to go...at least for me! TFS this magnificen view Phillip!
best regards,
viktor

Hi Philip,
A famous location which we mostly see with the towers but here a much wider view despite the vertical format, which i like a lot.
Your wider view shows much more from the whole landscape and including those two trees gave you a very nice composed image. Colours are bright and deep satured with just the right amount of contrast.
Good use of the polariser...
I really like this one...very fine work.
Regards, Henk

Hi Phillip,
I like this shot - you have made very good use of the old and tired trees in the foreground to contrast against the "full of life" view beyond. Very nice colors and sharpness. Awesome image and TFS. Gerald

Excellent shot of a beautiful landscape composition, Phillip. Nice with the lake in the valley on foot of the impressive mountains. Very good colours and contrasts, also sharpness and clarity. The cloudy sky along the top of the mountains is really beautiful.

Amicalement,

Amazing photo. A very unique POV, and great sharpness, DOF, and colours.
Excellent work.
Please tell the whole story.
TFS
Jorge
